All I want for Halloween..

..is my one right tooth???

Well, sad to say but Halloween seemed to be a bust this year! We figured we would be okay waiting a little later to get our outfit, well no such luck. Just because its not a Halloween costume doesn’t mean they won’t have your size when you finally go get it. Really bummed at that point..

Then we went to our friends house and sat in their yard handing out candy and while snacking on some, my crown fell off! Okay..no..I was NOT a princess for Halloween. See, two weeks ago I had the temporary crown for my tooth replaced with a permanent one. Apparently they did not do a good job, because two weeks later it fell out. I hate to be a downer, but it’s really stressing me out. It was the WORST pain I have ever experienced and I already have to get two cavities filled this week (I have really weak enamel) it’s just super stressing me out. I know this sounds ridiculous but it took everything in me not to break down. Halloween just hasn’t been going my way. I had to call it a night.

Sorry for the rant..I know it’s the last thing you want to hear. But we all have bad days..today was just one of them. I guess it’s like time and a half when you work on holidays..it sucks and a half when you have bad days on holidays!

Onto the rest of the day..

IMG_0211

Started it with some Stonyfield organic probiotic yogurt. Very yummy! Also an unpictured mug of ginger tea..

As soon as I signed off with you all, we headed to Park Ave. and the Winter Park farmer’s market..I think it’s the best in the area. I love farmer’s markets but I don’t think we have great ones in Florida..it was still fun! Before we left I packed my 32 oz. of H2O, a chocolate milk, and a cheese stick.

IMG_0213

I know, a lot of dairy but It was what I was craving! I haven’t had much of an appetite since I got sick so I just needed something to settle my stomach. It did the trick.

We made a quick stop at whole foods and picked up a snack while there.

IMG_0214

Mmm..my first time trying the peanut butter and jelly mojo! Love it! Adam and I shared this bar before we made it to the market.

IMG_0215

IMG_0216

We didn’t leave with anything but I still enjoyed it! Then we walked around Park Ave. where I tried on some boots I am requesting for Christmas. Then we headed over to our favorite local coffee shop, Cup O’ Soul. I got my absolute favorite! It’s called the “llama” and it’s divine.

IMG_0218

It’s an iced breve(espresso and skim milk or half and half. I think they use skim or low-fat milk) and toffee-nut syrup. Oh and those are COFFEE ice cubes keeping it cold! How genius is that? As it melts it adds this wonderful flavor to the drink. Perfect! I get this all the time..

We headed out and drove around doing errands the rest of the day..which included finding out we couldn’t get our costumes. I know, our fault. But we really thought we would be okay! I snacked on this Larabar sample I got from VegFest..

IMG_0224

I wasn’t even hungry for this! My appetite is SUPER off..but I ate it because I knew my stomach would thank me. It was delish! I love this flavor.

For dinner I had the rest of my gnocchi from last night..so cheesy and potatoey. I know not a very nutritiously rounded day. I am hoping this sickness goes away soon and that my appetite comes back! It doesn’t really make for a great health blog!

Oh well, I just need to sleep this day off. Church in the morning and I get to go on stage and do the scripture reading! That is if I can breathe tomorrow..today was rough sick wise too. I currently cannot breathe through my nose. Oy..

Don’t forget-

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everyone! The first holiday for TBF and I am excited! We are knee deep into the holidays and I think I LOVE Halloween because it’s the kickoff of the holiday season! Yay! Best time for food, family, and friends! Loooove it!

Let me start off by saying..oh..my..gosh!

My body is SO sore! I thought I rested a lot but apparently I did more work then I imagined. One of my favorite things about yoga is that you will feel sore in places you didn’t realize you worked! Ow! I’m not complaining by any means. I truly love it.

Anyways, I will be taking an Epsom bath before I head out for the day. I’m still a bit sick but I want to get out of this house!

Possibly the farmers market? We shall see..

I wish I had more pictures of my past Halloweens..here are some I found(thank goodness for facebook)..

n5117620_32555267_3243

Rock ‘em, Sock ‘em Robots!

This was my sophomore year in college.

n5118168_32532181_1193

Same Halloween, the typical cowgirl. Oh college and the red cups!

n5106081_36634077_5105

I was the goddess of victory..and he was trying to win the costume contest. I made sure he won. He did.

n5130191_36622538_95

The most homemade costume ever..that’s a bed sheet. wrapped over a beach dress over a tank top. Yeah, I am a poor college student.

And tonight Adam and I are dressing up as…well..you will just have to wait and see won’t you?! ;)

Although, one of the best I have ever seen we saw last night at dinner. The restaurant was having a Halloween party that night and the resident magician there(yes, they have one) dressed up as the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland..his date was the mad hatter..

IMG_0197

His rabbit nose even moved as he breathed, it wasn’t attached by string it was on his face. Really cool..

Ours isn’t that fab, but we have been wanting to do it since last Halloween. We’re characters of a certain T.V. show! :)

Okay well it’s time to go soak and then off to the farmer’s market! Enjoy your Halloween and be safe! Food recap of the day later. :)

I must do this, here’s a little Thriller throwback..

Brilliant…

See you all later!!

Dinner with the in-laws.

For lunch I made a yummy small plate of strawberries, one leftover slice of yummy pineapple pizza and roasted brussels. The last of the bag of roasted brussel sprouts.

IMG_0188

Along with a POM/Le Croix blend to wash it all down..

IMG_0190

As I rested this afternoon I recieved a phone call from the in-laws asking us if we were interested in meeting for dinner. We were! So we headed to the restaurant we actually had our reception at. My father-in-law and brother-in-law play there, have played there, and are good friends with the owner. It’s amazing Italian food, I have no eaten a bad thing. When Adam was home for a month or two from Italy, that’s the only Italian restaurant he requested to eat at! It’s tres yummy!

The lighting was AWFUL..so some pictures use flash..

IMG_0201

Started with a yummy garlic roll and marinara sauce! Soooo good! It’s Friday, I allowed myself one. :)

I sipped on an Oregon Pinot Noir alongside my dinner..unpictured..

Started with a salad, balsamic dressing on the side. I used maybe half of that little cup and skipped the croutons.

IMG_0204

Then the main courses came..I ordered the asiago gnocchi. The options for sauce were:meat, or vodka sauce. Well, one has red meat and the other has vodka and cream sauce which = lots of calories! I asked for marinara! :)

IMG_0208

Little puffy balls of cheesy potato clouds! SO YUMMY! Also, more then half left over for lunch one of these days. Nom nom nom!

Also a bowl of unpictured pumpkin pie ice cream for dessert. Perfect! It’s the weekend! YAY!

I’m about ready to pass out so I will listen to my body and go. to. bed!

Goodnight everyone!

Pizza, Pumpkins, Power Yoga

I am having a wonderful day over here! How about yourselves?

It’s probably because this is the only day I have had off all semester and considering I have been teaching twenty first graders every day of it, I needed this break!

Last night was so relaxing and nice. Adam took great care of me since I was feeling off all day. He ran to Publix to pick up things for semi-homemade pizzas! This is something we did once a week this summer and we return to it often because it’s easy, inexpensive and SO yummy! We received a pizza stone as one of our wedding gifts and it is INCREDIBLE! If you love to make pizza and don’t have one. Please head to Bed, Bath and Beyond right now and purchase one. You will thank me, and provide a piece of pizza in gratitude. ;) Or maybe just enjoy it yourself.

IMG_0148

We used store bought pizza dough, we often use multi-grain dough but Adam said there was only one there and it didn’t look good. So we bought reagular pizza dough. We cut it in half and I took the smallest looking piece, although with dough it’s hard to tell! Next time I am going to make Jenna’s pizza dough though, we just needed something quick and easy!

Now before I show you my topping, I must say it is my FAVORITE pizza topping. Not even gonna lie, my former roomie Tristen and I would order this with black olives all. The. Time.

IMG_0149

PINEAPPLE!!!!!

I know it’s not to far fetched at all. But I love it. I often get weird looks and never understand why. No Hawaiian pizza here, I don’t like ham! I just love plain, fresh, pineapple alllllll over my pizza. Yum! Yum! Yum!

IMG_0154

I poured the pizza sauce on the dough then added some shredded Sargento mozzarella. I sprinkled the chopped pineapple onto the pizza and then sprinkled it with som thyme, oregano and little bit of S&P. I also brushed the crust lightly with EVOO. It looks drenched here but I assure you it is not! Just enough to add a yummy flavor to the crust. I wish their were scratch and sniff pictures because it smelled amazing while it was cooking! With the pizza stone it only takes 8-10 minutes to cook the pizza!

Then it ends up looking like this:

IMG_0165

I wish I had better lighting in my house..but I had to stress how much I truly loved this pizza. L.O.V.E!!

I ate all but one piece, which I will be enjoying as I make a “leftover” lunch later.

I was going to wash it down with a beer..

IMG_0167

..but decided to save it for the weekend and enjoy a Le Croix instead. Adam grabbed it and took a sip before I could warn him and all he could muster was “That’s NOT sweet at ALL!”. There’s a subtle sweetness to it, not much but it’s growing on me! It’s something a little different then water, and zero calories! I felt so good knowing I wasn’t wasting calories on a soda, or artificial sweetners. I may try and add some POM juice to it today to sweeten it a bit since I have just enough POM juice left!

A little (or a lot) of POM never hurt anybody. ;)

IMG_0171

Neither did pumpkin pie ice cream posing next to two cute punkin’ babes!

I took every advantage of yoga this morning on my day off! My throat felt better and while I shouldn’t push it much, I knew I could modify what I needed to and I just needed to be very aware of what my body was telling me the whole time.

Unfortunately this morning I started feeling queasy, but I realized I had been sitting around for over an hour without food in my tummy, I really needed to break. fast! ;) I put together an (unpictured) smoothie since I needed something to settle my tummy but wanted something like. I used:

  • One whole banana
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • Mangoes
  • Plain yogurt
  • Flax
  • Amazing Grass

Love that grass! ;) I didn’t use spinach like I normally do because I was feeling quesy and knew I needed something a little more simple. While it doesn’t add a taste to it, I just knew it would be harder to digest. I felt instantly better, especially after two ginger pills! ;)

Class was led by Calvin, and if you read Ryan’s blog you probably read about her experience the other morning. As he walked in and began to teach, instead of getting more nervous since this was only my second class, I decided that it’s better for me to sit in a different spot (i.e. not the cozy corner) and have a different teacher then the previous class. I grow comfortable with familiarity and I want to be able to adapt to any situation in yoga. It turned out great! I was still feeling a little off so I just carefully listened to my body and felt when I should rest and when I should try. I rested a lot more then I did the first time, but it was still great. Feeling like I could tell what my body could handle and what I shouldn’t force it to do felt so great! It’s more important to rest then to push yourself. I want to be a pro right away and you can’t do that in yoga. You must rest. You must NOT force your body to do what it’s not ready for. Rest is something I think us Americans have a hard time doing. That’s why I love yoga. :) I can already tell even though I rested, I am going to hurt tomorrow! I love being sore though! I love to know my body was pushed just beyond what it could do and new muscles are beginning to form. I hope to be able to continue practicing at least twice a week. I can’t wait to see where I am in a year!

My tummy was grumbling all the way home so I made myself this:

IMG_0179

I finally made pumpkin oats! I have to admit..I never…really..liked…oatmeal. Should I hide now before I get oats thrown at me? I have slowly started eating more and more. I LOVED THIS!! Soooo yummy. Cooked up:

  • 1/3 cup soy milk, water, oats
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Saigon Cinnamon
  • Pumpkin pie spice mix
  • One packet of Sun Crystals

I tasted it before I poured it into my bowl and realized there was something missing..almond butter of course! I added it to my bowl..I think it loves me:

IMG_0184

I went to move the spoon and it made an almond butter heart! I feel the love!

I am resting now, found out a meeting with a friend is cancelled because she is sick. Poor girl! I am going to use this day to work on my blog, right on this spot on my cozy couch. It’s going to be wonderful. :)

Smile, today is a great day!

The “Newbie” In Me..

So I just felt the urge/need/desire to open up a bit about myself and my blog. I am brand new on this scene and it’s so exciting, overwhelming, and crazy getting used to photographing my food and bring everyone in my life along for the ride as they question why I am taking a picture of a bottle of honey. I also realized I forgot to blog about my breakfast AND my lunch this morning. I am still figuring out what works for me and as frustrated as I get about forgetting things I realize that I am learning. I am allowed to make mistakes. I am human afterall! ;)

I guess the point of this post is to say that I am finding my voice in this new, amazing community of people! I already love it and I plan on staying here for the long run. Whether I always have five or ten readers or more then that..I am staying! I love learning how to live a healthier life, and sharing what I learn with you all. I hope you will join me and stick around for a while because I feel that I have something special to offer! I am not giving up! I will continue to learn and share. So, yay!

For just being around a few days I already feel so much support and love from you guys! I just want you to know how much I appreciate the love and how much it encourages me to keep plugging away! You all are SO great!

Okay..so on with the show.. ;)

I’ve decided to go back and blog about breakfast and lunch. Although, I do not have a picture of lunch because it’s been fairly similiar all week! Plus(not to whine again about being sick) I was majorly out of this morning. The hubs was wonderful and made my lunch last night and then breakfast and tea this morning!

IMG_0144

Half an Arnold’s sandwich thin with MaraNatha AB and a drizzle of honey, a piece of toast with butter(which I only ate 1/3 of), and two egg whites.

Plus an unpictured mug of awake tea, which you have seen much this week!

For lunch he made me a sammie with Hormel natural turkey, Colby Jack cheese, and spinach on a sandwich thin. Along with a gala apple, carrots, cheese stick, and I had a mini cupcake..and maybe half a cookie with icing. It was Halloween at school AND red-ribbon(say no to drugs) week so their were lots of treats around. I figured, it’s okay. I have been doing well and I actually have less of a craving for sweets then I used to have so I let myself splurge. I was shocked I didn’t finish the cookie! :)

So thanks for sticking with me so far! Sorry to seem dramatic if I do, I don’t mean to! I just want you all to know how excited I am to be writing and sharing my day-to-day with you all! It’s been less than a week but I am already hooked. Bear with me as I evolve into my writing and into myself as a blog writer! It’s going to be an amazing journey! Yay again!

ALSO I must say vote, vote, vote for my wonderful and beautiful friend LINDSEY! I figure most of you are readers of her blog as well but if not..GO VOTE! It takes two seconds a day and she really deserves it! Also, congrats Linds on your new job!!

Hello weekend!

Thank goodness it’s finally my weekend! My first full day off in two months! I know that’s not much for some of you but it is for me! Especially being a teacher you just need a day off every once in a while. It’s perfect timing too since I hit a wall this week. Getting sick again, feeling super exhausted, and finding it hard to focus. I’m looking forward to yoga, working on the blog, and meeting up with a friend! :)

Onto the last 24 hours..

Last night we went to our weekly small group where we are always spoiled with a DELICIOUS homecooked meal! This is one of those nights I don’t worry about what is going to be prepared I just enjoy and relax about food! Last night was no different..

IMG_0120We stopped at the ‘bucks to relax a little before group. I had a nonfat Awake tea latte..again..mmmm SO good! :)

Then it was dinner time..

IMG_0123

Mmm..she always has an amazing salad waiting for us in this beautiful bowl! This time it had a balsamic dressing with buffalo mozzarella, and tomatoes! Mmm…

IMG_0130I believe this was a mix of brown rice and wild rice..so delicious!

IMG_0132Mmm creamy chicken! Joyce(our wonderful cook) said this was “Golden Chicken” from an old cookbook she had. It was creamy, yummy, wonderful and so comforting!

IMG_0135My Plate..I ate 3/4 of this. My appetite is way off being sick, normally I try and stop myself from having seconds!

Along with one of these yummy biscuits..

IMG_0140

Topped with…

IMG_0138

Tangerine. Honey.

If you know me, you may know I am obsessed with honey. I could easily stand in the kitchen and have honey like it was a can of whipped cream. I don’t anymore, when I realized it wasn’t the best thing to do nutrition wise. I reserve my current, much smaller, daily intake for my tea. I have overcome my obsession! Anyways, this tangerine honey is amazing..especially on biscuits..mmmm.

After group I was fading fast, Wednesdays are hard and will probably require that I don’t post those nights since I need my eight hours! But no fear. I will return again Thursdays. :)

Tonight, we’re going to relax! I am going to catch up on Biggest Loser, and I am guaranteeing a sweet potato in my near future! Mmm..

Sick again?

Well my throat has been hurting all day. For me, that’s usually a sign that I am sick..or getting sick. I work around 20 first graders, it’s bound to happen. But what stinks is that I just got over being sick. I was talking to Lindsey and we both agreed that as much as it stinks I really need to rest and not workout. I am really really wanting/needing to to do yoga(I have two sessions that expire next week! eek!) so the plan is to go Friday morning. Let’s pray I don’t get sick!!

For breakfast I managed to have one of these beauts:

IMG_0109

I was eating YoPlus but when I saw this organic probiotic yogurt for CHEAPER then YoPlus and Activia I made the switch. It’s yummy!

I ate that while sipping on this:

IMG_0112

Mmmm Tazo awake tea. Thank you for waking me up. You did your job well!!

When I got to school I snacked on some of this:

IMG_0116

I know, minimum..it really is hard for me to get a lot of food in my tummy weekday mornings. I am working on it. I just don’t get hungry until about 9:30-10. Oh well, it held me over for at least a little while! This is one of my favorite bars!

For lunch I packed a turkey, spinach and provolone sammie with a bunch of spinach and a little deli mustard. Yum! I didn’t take a picture this morning because it was fairly boring. Packed carrots, applesauce, pirate’s booty and this:

IMG_0115

I’ve done a great job staying away from soda which is hard for me! I wanted to try and find a healthier alternative. Enter: La Croix. First impression: It tastes more like sparkling water then sweet which at first I wasn’t a fan of, but it got better as I kept drinking. In Italy we call that “frizzante” I prefer “naturale”. I love Italy, that’s a big part of my story that I may have to fill you in on asap!

My day was exhausting. I am just not feeling 100% this week. Rest is definitely needed. Tonight we’re off to our weekly small group where we are served an incredibly delicious meal every week. It’s always fantastic. Can’t wait to share with everyone else how we’ve been so spoiled! :)

I am going to sip on some Kombucha and then real hot tea in hopes to kick this sickness in the butt! :)

See you all later!

Ciao!

Target practice..

Well, I said goodbye to my puppy(who is actually 11 years old and not exactly a puppy) tonight. Sad..he’s been with us since I was in eighth grade! Crazy..

Adam(the hubs) decided it would be fun to take pictures as I cuddled with Bo.

IMG_0083

IMG_0088

IMG_0086

IMG_0089

See the progression of deep emotions happening..

One day we will have our own puppy! Maybe in the next year..hint hint husband..

So we dropped him off and had previously planned to go the super target near the house we brought him to for grocery shopping. It really is one of the best super targets I have been to and there were lots of sales! I was feeling exhausted and a little bummed after dropping him off as expected. I definitely needed a boost..

I decided a non-fat Awake Tazo tea was highly necessary..

IMG_0091

Thank goodness for Starbucks’ in Super Targets.

It was perfect, filled me up a little with the milk and gave me just enough energy to power through grocery shopping. I even picked a box of Awake tea up in case I am not feeling the ginger some mornings.

It was getting very late and we still hadn’t eaten dinner so we decided little to no prep would be great. We browsed the frozen pizzas and decided on a Kashi roasted vegetable thin crust. It has 14g of protein per serving and 4g of fiber per serving and only 250 calories!

IMG_0096

I had one serving which ended up being about 2 1/2 pieces.

IMG_0098

It was super YUM but needed more of the veggies. Next time I will beef it up with my own veggies, but cooking was not gonna happen at eight o’clock!

Adam wanted some beer but not a whole bottle, so we ended up splitting it in half. Sorry for the lack of picture..

For dessert I had an Edy’s all-natural strawberry fruit pop.

IMG_0104Light, refreshing, and delish!

I am already in bed and it’s awesome. About to put on some Friends, and drift off to sleep drinking some yummy nighttime tea!

Sorry for the boring post, this girl needs her rest!

Goodnight friends!

Another day..

..another dollar? Actually I pay tuition to work 40-hours a week. So another day, another dollar paid! ;) It stinks but it will be all worth it when I have my degree in December! I cannot wait to be done with my internship! I can’t really talk to much about it just because it is a school and I really have to be careful!

Anyways, my day started out a little more awake then yesterday. Still on not enough sleep, I wasn’t feeling great. I opted for tea since I didn’t feel like I needed the extra caffeine boost and I rather not rely on coffee every morning.

IMG_0069

I brewed up some Tazo ginger green tea. It is yummy and that little bit of ginger helped settle my stomach this morning. Sometimes my stomach feels queasy really early in the morning so this is a great option for that since ginger is a natural way to ease nausea! :)

For breakfast I had a smoothie since it’s all I really felt like having! I blended organic skim milk, a cup of spinach, amazing grass, strawberries, mango, banana, and flax! It’s a very easy, portable way to have breakfast.I drank the extra before leaving for work.

IMG_0072

I love that portable cup! It came with a portable cooler we bought from Target a couple weeks ago before we left for a weekend long trip. It’s a great size, plus you can freeze it so it’s great for smoothies! Another plus, it’s easy to clean. A lot of times the flax can dry on the cup you use, so this is perfect and easy to clean! :)

For luuuunch I packed this array:

IMG_0063Pomegranate apple sauce, another mini pack of Tribe hummus(this time with carrots AND pita), and 365 organic chocolate bears.

The pita was better then just carrots and definitely filled me up, I had about 3/4 of one pita and most of the hummus. The mini Tribe hummus is from Costco! I was by the cold room and it was sitting there. My mom grabbed it and was pretty excited about it. So am I!

I packed up my lunch in my lunchbox:

IMG_0067

And poured my 32 oz.:

IMG_0064

I try and drink one of these during school and then another one from the time I get home until I get to sleep! I found drinking 64 oz. helps me to get fuller faster, so I am not overeating at night which is great! I also just feel better, I know I don’t drink enough water daily. I haven’t been as good drinking two of these so I need to keep working on it, but having this helps a lot!

Then it was off to school!

When I got home I walked Bo, then snacked on a bowl of puffins and flax with skim milk:

IMG_0076

A few pumpkin seeds from our glorious pumpkins:

IMG_0077

And some Pirate’s Bootay..

IMG_0079IMG_0082

I am SO TIRED! We have to drive about 15 minutes and drop my dog off at my mom’s friend’s house tonight since she has a golden retriever and is home most of the day. I want to keep him here but we’re gone so much this week it’s not fair to him. I’m going to be pretty bummed when I have to leave him, not gonna lie. But to make up for it we are making a trip to super target to get groceries! Yay? ;) I just love Target..

Later gators..

Pumpkin Pros!

Welp, that was a fun night of pumpkiness! Before I talk about the pumpkin carving let’s back up..

For pre-workout fuel I ate a yummy mix of almond butter and Honeycrisp apples. I love Honeycrisp apples..and it seems they love us too..

DSCF4007

Note to everyone..that HUGE jar of MaraNatha almond butter..only 6 bucks at Costco! Not kidding..

After that I headed to our apartment gym which leaves much to be desired. Oh well, it’s free! I had just taken a week off because I got hit bad with a cold when the cold front came through a week or so ago. I decided to keep it easy today just to be safe and I did thirty minutes on the elliptical. I was going to do abs but I pushed myself hard on the elliptical and did not feel great after. Once my stomach settled I had a smoothie:

IMG_0016

This one had about a cup of spinach, four frozen whole strawberries, one banana, frozen mango, OJ, almond milk, flax, AMAZING GRASS and some POM juice. I wouldn’t call this a green monster, I can only put so much spinach into a magic bullet cup. One day I will own a VitaMix..one day..

Not as much green as it looked..swampy..

IMG_0018But yuuhhh-ummmm! :)

Dinner was mainly made by the hubs! He’s great..and can cook! His nickname in college was “Chef Adam” oh yes, I chose well! ;)

Pork was on sale so we had some of that marinated in a yummy asian marinade we threw together (soy, teriyaki, garlic, hoison, and a little light agave)along with brown rice and..as predictable as it is..more BS!! I mean..brussel sprouts! YAY! I mean YUMMMMM!

IMG_0027

Then we got to work! I will show you how it went..in pictures! I will add commentary where needed..

IMG_0033

Mm yeah the big one was mine..I don’t know why I chose a heffer of a gourd..the hubs chose the one next to it first.

Mine definitely owns his.

DSCF4019

I made a fat cat..wondering what I should name her..any suggestions?

Adam made the skull..overall I think we are pretty awesome at pumpkin carving. Or just had some awesome patterns to follow! I think it’s more the latter. ;)

As a reward for all the hardwork, I treated myself to some pumpkin pie ice cream. Perfect end to a fun night!

IMG_0059

IMG_0060

Now I MUST head off to bed. I need to work on getting eight hours of sleep. Caitlin’s post really convicted me that I really need to work on getting eight hours again! This 6 1/2-7 hours is NOT cutting it at work and not cutting it for my health and well-being!
